CGN also operates many Specialized Ministry Training Institutions around the world, which provides leadership development in specific fields of Christian ministry

Church Based Training:
Church based training is the middle ground between formal training provided by Bible colleges and ministry training centers, and purely relationship based discipleship. Numerous local churches in CGN run residency-style leadership training ministries. These church based training programs offer current and future leaders the opportunity to confirm and grow in their ministry calling, in the context of the life of the local church.
REACH Project (International):
The mission of the REACH Project is to equip pastors to develop theologically grounded, culturally appropriate methods for training lay leaders in the context of the local church.

Connecting trained leaders with real-world ministry opportunities
In addition to the relational connection facilitated at our many conferences held annually around the world, CGN also provides the Online Connection Hub (OCH). The OCH will provide CGN pastors, churches and trainers with access to the following features:

• A Ministry Opportunity database featuring real world ministry positions and needs with churches and mission teams all over the world
• An Alumni database featuring profiles of graduates from CGN training ministries who are seeking God’s next ministry step in His plan for their lives
